Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport

The weather was sunny, had very nice stay on two separate nights. All in all everything was modern, even so we had dirty bathroom. Dinner and breakfast food was good! It was a perfect location for us, so close to hill as far as service, and major freeways for easy access to almost anywhere. Camelback East district was worth staying in.

The unit was updated and neat.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a refrigerator, climate control, and an iron. Had open bathroom with all essentials. The service was great, the breakfast was exceptionally nice.

My friend got throwing up sick during the night. When I called the desk for advice, the desk person said I will bring some Sprite right up to your room. He did. Char did feel good enough to catch her plane back to Des Moines instead of staying on in Phoenix. Thank you

A very nice hotel, would stay there again.

On my stay at the hotel, the night lighting in the parking lot was not on. Unfortunitily I did not see the curb and fell injuring my left knee, straining my back and scraping my right elbo. After getting cleaned up my friend notified the desk on what happen. I also notified the desk on the way out the next morning, Instead of finishing our vacation we started for home,instead. 1. Fix lighting 2. Staff should have followed up better.

Comfortable bed, but cold showers made mornings challenging.

Very convenient location for airport and light railway for exploring city.

Dining room lacked atmosphere and menu was a bit limited. However friendliness of the staff was a compensation.

Dinnew was terrible. Service ar breakfast was poor.

The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, we felt valued with personalized text updates. The check-in process was efficient.

Our room could benefit from more thorough cleaning before guest arrival.

I love the exercise facility (especially having: having free weights, exercise Ball, scale, & wall clock) and the deep pool. What a treat! We made an additional booking because of these facilities.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! We visited The Comedy Spot and enjoyed some laughs. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super helpful. Loved that there were ice machines around. All in all, a great stay!

It was frustrating dealing with the billing issue at check-in. I was charged incorrectly and it took a while to resolve, which put a damper on things.

The Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport offers elegant spaces with wide doorways and grab bars. The chic decor adds a nice touch to the relaxing environment.

Improve cleanliness in the bathroom areas

Clean, location, and comfy puffy bed!

Proximity with airport, very convenient for early morning flights and also car rental return. Front desk staff very helpful and nice. Rooms are well designed, all equipment available. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we left Phoenix to early for that.

Have to cross the gym to get to the pool.

Proximity to airport. Although the hotel is not listed at the airport directory to call for hotel shuttle service. The front clerk has been aware of this for months -yet the hotel continues to be unlisted at the airport. The staff at the hotel was very friendly.

My room on the second floor hlooked out over a second floor rooftop loaded with large disabled equopment. Toatally unacceptable.
